FAQ

What is your exchange policy? 

 

We accept exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase, in like-new condition for store credit only. All sale items, furniture, rugs, and artwork are FINAL SALE. 

Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card that never expires! This gift card can be used in-store or online. 

 

How does shipping work? 

 

We ship items as soon as we can to ensure a quick delivery. During the work week all online orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out the following Monday at the latest. 

All of our orders are shipped with USPS. When your order has been sent out, you will receive confirmation and tracking via email. Sometimes, these confirmation emails are sent separately, so please allow a bit of time to receive both.

Can I purchase furniture items online? 

 

Yes. Furniture items are available to purchase online for in-store pick-up ONLY. At check-out, please choose the in-store pick-up option. Please also indicate in the "notes" section of your order when you will be in to pick up the furniture item. We are open for in-store pick up during our normal business hours. To pick up your item(s) we recommend you come to our back entrance. To access our back entrance, take Harry Sheridan Ave. off of East State St., or take Blanchard Ct. off of Main St. When you arrive to pick up your furniture, a member of our team will be avalible to assist with loading the item(s) into your vehicle. 

 

Do you gift wrap? 

 

Yes! Did you know that gift wrapping is one of our favorite things to do!? We are able to gift wrap orders placed online and in-store. If you would like your online order gift wrapped please indicate so in the "notes" section of your order. 

Want to send a special note along with the gift? We are happy to help with that as well! If you would like us to write a personalized note to include with your gift we have two options. Option 1: add one of our greeting cards to your order and indicate in the notes section of your order what you would like us to hand write on the greeting card. Option 2: in the notes section of your order indicate that you would like a typed personalized message to be sent with your order. Then, enter the message you would like us to print & include in the order on a small notecard. 

 

Where are you located? 

 

Our brick and mortar shop is located in the capitol city of Montpelier, VT. We are right in the middle of the cozy downtown at 75 Main St., right next to Bear Pond Books. Grab a coffee from your favorite downtown cafe, and come take a stroll through our shop!
